Who is the baptizer of the Holy Ghost? Who is the individual that baptizes us with the Holy Spirit of God? That is what we will be looking at in this short piece of exaltation.
Let’s pray
I prophesy the light of the knowledge of God on who the baptizer of the Holy Ghost is upon your life in the name of Jesus Christ. This insight will lead to your baptism of the Holy Ghost in the name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
Before I began to speak in tongues, I went to different meetings where the ministration of the Holy Ghost was beheld. I didn’t speak in tongues in any of those meetings. After I began to speak in tongues, I realized that I was baptized in the first Holy Ghost baptism meeting that I attended.
Between the times I began to speak in tongues and the time I was baptized with the Holy Ghost I didn’t know I was baptized because we all thought then that baptism of the Holy Ghost must be evidenced in the speaking of tongues. Between these time frame, different servants of God laid hands on me to receive the Holy Ghost. I didn’t speak in tongues in any of those meetings. I also felt nothing. You know some folks will say things like, “I feel the spirit.” I thought I wasn’t baptized with the Holy Ghost so I continued searching for Him in every meeting.
The day I spoke in tongue, I wasn’t in any meeting. I spoke in tongues right in the house. Today you too can speak in tongues wherever you are right now after being filled with the Holy Ghost.
I made the mistake of thinking it’s the servants of God that baptize with the Holy Ghost. This made me go searching for men of God to pray for me to be baptized with the Holy Ghost. No man can baptize you with the Holy Ghost. If you have been looking up to any powerful man of God for the baptism of the Holy Ghost, you have been looking at the wrong place and at the wrong person.
But what did the bible says about the baptizer of the Holy Ghost?
And John was clothed with camel's hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey; 7 And preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose. I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

John said, “I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.” He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. There is someone that baptizes with the Holy Ghost. When He baptizes you with the Holy Ghost you must be filled with the Holy Ghost.
Who is the Baptizer with the Holy Ghost?
And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. 34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

God sent John the Baptist to prepare the way for the baptizer of the Holy Ghost. He didn’t know the baptizer of the Holy Ghost. God who sent him said to him, upon whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining on him, the same is He who baptizes with the Holy Ghost.
Before then, the Holy Ghost has been descending and not remaining on the people. He comes empower the people of God or deliver a message to them and off He goes back to heaven.
The Holy Ghost according to Matthew 12:28 (But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come unto you.) is the carrier of the kingdom of God.
Everywhere the Holy Ghost goes, He goes with the kingdom of God. His descending and remaining on the baptizer signifies the descending and the residence of the kingdom of God. The baptizer of the Holy Ghost is a carrier of heaven. He releases the kingdom of God on the baptized at the baptism of the Holy Ghost.
John said he saw the Spirit descend and remain on Him as he was told and he testified that this is the son of God the baptizer of the Holy Ghost.
And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God. 35 Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; 36 And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!

The next day, John saw the baptizer of the Holy Ghost, he said Behold the Lamb of God. John said the name of the baptizer of the Holy Ghost is Jesus Christ. This same Jesus who saves a sinner is the same who baptizes him with the Holy Ghost.
While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,

It wasn’t Peter that baptized them. He wasn’t ministering the Holy Ghost to Cornelius and his household. He was preaching salvation to them. Immediately there were saved, the same savior who is the baptizer, baptized them with the Holy Ghost to the astonishment of those who were present.
Anytime you qualify, you receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost.
The Bible speaking of the baptizer says in John 3:34-35;
"For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure. 35 "The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand.

Jesus is the one who baptizes with the Holy Ghost not any man of God. Once you qualify to be filled with the Holy Ghost. Request for the baptism of the Holy Ghost and the baptizer will immediately baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
You can qualify today if you will accept Jesus Christ the baptizer as your Lord and savor this moment. All you need to do is say the following prayers from the depth of your heart with all sincerity.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
Oh Lord God, I believe with my entire hearth in your son Jesus Christ. I believe He died for me and You raised Him from the dead. I believe He is alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from today. Through Him and in His name I have eternal life.
I am born again. Thank you, Lord. I am now a child of God. Praise God!

You’re filled with the Holy Ghost. Begin to speak in other tongues as the Holy Ghost gives you utterance. Don’t fill ashamed to speak out whatsoever utterance He puts in your mouth. And don’t also try to understand the utterance He gives you before you voice them out.
PERSONAL CONFESSION
I am a child of God. I am born of the Holy Spirit of God. I believe in the Holy Ghost and in His ministry on the earth in the name of Jesus Christ.
I’m filled with the Holy Ghost. I speak in other tongues as the Holy Ghost gives me utterance. I receive the utterance of the Holy Ghost and I speak them with boldness to the glory of God my Father.
